5. Pricing and Payment Terms
All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment terms include:
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made
- We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
- Recurring services may be billed monthly or per visit as agreed

- Same-day cancellations may incur a 50% service fee
- No-shows will be charged the full service amount
- Refunds available for unsatisfactory service within 24 hours
- Recurring service cancellations require one week's notice
Emergency cancellations due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances will be handled on a case-by-case basis with no penalty.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms which is due to fire, flood, earthquake, elements of nature, acts of God, wars, riots, civil disorders, rebellions, or other causes beyond our reasonable control.
In such circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule affected services as soon as possible.
13. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Cleanway Services Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for all damages arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
14. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service and contact us to close your account.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
